2. What is the turn around time for ordering?
Orders have a two week turn around period. Availability subject to change. Orders will be confirmed by email within 48 hours once order has been received. Based on order size, turn around time may be extended. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Feel free to email for more information or ordering questions!
3. Where are the products made?
All products are made in my home kitchen where common allergens are used (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc)
4. Are gluten-free products safe for people with celiac or any other gluten intolerance/allergy?
Unfortunately, my kitchen is NOT gluten-free, this means there is a chance gluten products get into my gluten-free products. I make every effort to not cross-contaminate but due to gluten being used in general, I can not guarantee.
5. How do I get my order?
Delivery within a 15-mile radius of Glenview, Illinois is included in the price unless it is a bulk order. Anything past 15 miles will be subject to a charge ($1 per mile). Shipping is dependent on where it is being sent and how much it weighs. Not all products can be shipped. Please ask before ordering something if you want it shipped.
